Where do you get your shirts from ?

Match-Worn.Com has some great contacts in the football world, and occasionally even deals with players themselves, however some shirts arrive on the site after being bought from large private collections, auction houses, charity auctions, sometimes from those lucky people who catch shirts thrown into the crowd.

How do I buy a shirt?

You see an item on the site- how do you buy it? 
- Make sure the item is in the 'For sale' section and not in 'the collection'.
- Email info@match-worn.com to see if the item is still available. Remember, be quick, items can sell in under ten minutes from their upload! 
- If there is not a price on the item, and it says 'offers' or 'enquire for price', have a look at similar items on the site, and email a sensible offer. 
- Do not be offended if your offer is rejected. 
- In the event of a lot of interest in the same item, email your highest bid. 
- All offers are to be made in GBP (£). 
- Include where you are from in the world so postage can be worked out. Key points to remember: -If the item has sold, always email match-worn.com to see if we have, or can get easily a similar item.

What about postage, these things are expensive?

All items are sent by either Royal Mail or Courier. Here's everything you need to know:: 
United Kingdom: 
Items value up to 25 GBP 2 GBP (Recorded Delivery) 
Items value up to 250 GBP 4.00 GBP 
Items value up to 1000 GBP 6.50 GBP 
Items value 1500+ GBP Enquire 

Items value under 1500 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, and are guaranteed next business day. 
Items value over 1500 can be sent via TNT courier and are guaranteed next business day. Prices vary. 

Europe 
Items value up to 250 GBP 10 GBP
Items value above 250 GBP Enquire 

Items up to 250 GBP are sent Royal Mail International Recorded and can take around 7 days. 
Items over 250 GBP will be sent via TNT courier and take up to 3 days. Prices vary. 

Hong Kong 
Items up to 275 GBP 10 GBP 
Items over 275 GBP Enquire 
Items up to 275 GBP are sent Royal Mail International Delivery and can take around 7 days. 
Items over 275 GBP can either be sent Royal Mail** or Courier- Prices Vary.

Tracking your shipment: 
If your item has been sent by Recorded or Special Delivery, you will be given a tracking number which you can use to track your package on www.royalmail.com.

If I want to buy something, how do I pay?

Methods of Payment 
United Kingdom: 

- Personal Cheque. 
- Cash, if sent recorded and at senders risk. 
- Postal Orders

Rest of the World: 

- Bankers Draft.(A cheque made out by your bank in Pounds Sterling) 
- Cash (in GBP) sent recorded at senders risk.

Does it come with a Certificate of Authenticity ?

No. They mean nothing. All items sold through match-worn.com however come with a receipt. If the item is not as described on the website when received- there's a full money back guarantee. (N.B. This has never happened once)

I want to sell a shirt to match-worn.com...

Match-Worn.Com is always looking for new shirts. If possible send scans of the front and back of the shirt. A brief description of the item, its authenticity and most importantly a price in GBP. Don't be offended if your offer is declined.
